Prices follow manufacturer MAP guidelines where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and cancel or refuse any order — including after an order is placed — if a pricing or availability error is discovered. Manufacturer specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Installation Services

Professional installation is offered only in select areas of North Carolina and South Carolina and is quote-based. Any installation price shown without an on-site assessment is an estimate, not a binding quote. Permits, site conditions, and utility requirements may affect final pricing.

SMS Program Terms

• Program description: Total Generator Pros sends transactional and promotional text messages, including quote, order, delivery, and installation updates and occasional offers, to customers who opt in.
• Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your quote and order activity.
• Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
• Help & opt-out: Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Stopping the SMS program may take a few moments to take effect.
• Carriers: Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
