I was very pleased with Total Plumbing regarding my recent issue with my waste system grinder pump. A technician was sent to my residence within 24 hours to address the problem. A part needed to be ordered and that part was provided within 48 hours, My system is now working perfectly. Special kudos to Jordan at the main office and especially to Vinny who was the technician that did the onsite work and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing to anyone with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.
Mason and Ryan were kind and polite upon arrival. They had great communication prior to and even after service by giving me direction on how to care for my unit while awaiting the replacement. My pup Avery loved them as 😌. Thank you again guys!

We are very satisfied with the service Jeff provided today installing a new water heater. He showed up on an emergency call because our basement was flooded out. He diagnosed the problem, talked to me about my options, once decided he went and picked up a new water heater and installed it in a couple hours. Price was competitive and service was great. They are my go to guys from here on out!
