This company did a great job and Tom was wonderful at keeping me updated. Zack the one who came to fix the plumbing issue was exceptional, polite, and so careful to put everything back together. Also great at testing everything out. Can’t say enough good things about Zack.
Jeff and Harrison were amazing. They communicated their arrival well. They were very courteous and respectful. They were clean and neat. There was an issue with a defective part of the new faucet but they went out of their way to try and find a replacement part. When that failed they gave me time to run down the street and grab a new faucet, came back and installed it very quickly. I would highly recommend Jeff & Harrison and Total Plumbing.
